Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Email support@glowdrop.com with your order number to start a return. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded in full if reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
